Yes for most events kids are allowed. FREE admission for children under the age of 6.

All tickets are delivered electronically to purchasers. The first step is to search for an email from Tixr in your inbox (you may need to check your junk mail too). Once you find the email, scroll to the bottom where you will see a PDF. This PDF is your ticket.
River Breeze Event Center has ADA-accessible seating and facilities. Guests who require access to ADA-accessible seating should pre-register in advance of the show by emailing ada@goriverbreeze.com. Once pre-registered, the River Breeze staff can assist with your arrival and entry into the venue. ADA patrons who need additional assistance on site should check in at the Box Office where a guest service representative will be on hand.
While you can purchase tickets at the venue on day of show, we highly recommend purchasing them in advance and online. Day of Show tickets are always more expensive and tickets purchased in advance and online will be delivered to your email for easy entry on our shuttles or at the parking gate!

Each stop has its own designated bus, the first shuttles leave at 5:30 PM from each location. Pick Up runs end at 8:00 PM and Drop Off runs will be available from the venue as needed. To ensure you get your shuttle ride to the venue, please plan to arrive at your shuttle pickup location before 8:00 PM to catch the last scheduled ride.
What is the latest I can pickup my shuttle ride to the venue?
After 8:00pm, shuttles will return to the shuttle stop locations only on an as-needed basis, as determined by patrons leaving the venue to be dropped off at the stop they were picked up at earlier in the evening. A shuttle ride to the venue is not guaranteed after the 8:00 PM shuttle departure from each pickup location.
No food or beverages allowed on the shuttles.
Masks are not currently required on shuttles, but policy is subject to change per KCHD guidelines.
Drop Off runs will be available from the venue as needed during the show and will run continually post show, until the venue has been fully cleared. Please note there may be a wait for a shuttle to return from its current drop-off run.
Every person boarding the shuttles must have their mobile ticket available, and tickets will be scanned upon boarding the shuttle.

Parking Vouchers are only available as an Add-On offer during ticket purchase (not available as a stand-alone offer). Vehicles that arrive at the venue without a Parking Voucher will be turned away. No Exceptions.
You can access your Onsite Parking Voucher much like your mobile ticket. For Parking Voucher’s purchased during ticket purchase process - your Voucher will be a page in the PDF sent in the email from Tixr (i.e. if you purchased 2 event tickets and parking, the PDF attachment will be 3 pages long). In the rare instances that a Parking Voucher was purchased separate from your tickets, your Voucher is a separate PDF from your ticket(s) PDF, and can be accessed via the event card in your Tixr account.
Each vehicle’s Onsite Parking Voucher will be scanned when entering the parking lot. In addition, every person in the vehicle must have their mobile ticket with them to be scanned upon entering the parking lot. No exceptions.
The parking lots open at 4:30pm unless otherwise specified.
Onsite Parking Vouchers do not work RV’s, campers and trailers and are not allowed into the parking lot.
Your safety is our #1 priority. If you shouldn’t be driving - leave your car in the lot for the night, and jump on the free River Breeze shuttle back to Downtown. We won’t tow your car if you come to retrieve it by noon the following day.

Every River Breeze event ticket includes Complimentary Venue Shuttle access to/from the event. Onsite parking is very limited and we highly encourage using the free shuttle - It’s part of the River Breeze experience!
Parking at River Breeze is very limited. An “Onsite Parking Voucher” is required to park onsite at the River Breeze Event Center.

Yes. We encourage you to bring your own camping chair or blanket. Chairs must be unbagged for security reasons. No chairs will be provided by the venue. For safety reasons, chairs will need to remain behind the chair line near the stage to avoid any crowding issues.
Should an event get canceled - tickets to that canceled event will be valid for the rescheduled date. If the show is not rescheduled, a refund will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the ticket(s).
No, please plan to keep all your belongings with you. River Breeze is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Yes. In the event of an emergency or medical need, notify a venue staff for assistance.
Yes, there are a variety of food truck offerings at River Breeze events.
Yes, there are a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
Yes, alcohol is available for purchase with valid ID.
A valid ID is required to purchase alcohol - this can be a Driver's license from a U.S. state. Federal or state ID card. Military ID card. U.S. passport.
No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the venue.
There is no water refill station inside the venue.
We love your furry friends but please leave them at home! We hope to host some pet friendly events in the future but unless otherwise advertised, no pets are allowed at River Breeze.
All River Breeze guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times, and must remain respectful to each other and our staff at all times. River Breeze management reserves the right to deny entry, relocate or eject guests from the facility including guests engaging in inappropriate behavior, as determined by venue/event management.
River Breeze Event Center operates with a clear bag policy. Patrons are limited to one clear bag per person. Small purses and clutches no larger than 6”x 6” are allowed. All items, including clear bags and purses, are subject to search.
Nothing against smokers, but smoking, including e-cigarettes, is only permitted in the designated smoking area at the back of the venue.
